And yes, they brew everything in-house, so the freshness is real.
But it doesn’t stop at the beer. Fortnight Brewing doubles as a laid-back restaurant where comfort food gets a tasty upgrade. You can grab classic pub bites that pair perfectly with your pint—burgers, pretzels, and shareable snacks that keep the good vibes going. And if you're into rotating food trucks and special menu collabs, they’ve got that going on too.
The atmosphere? Super chill. Whether you're hanging out inside or enjoying a sunny day on the patio, it's the kind of environment that welcomes everyone—from solo beer explorers to big friend groups. And let’s not forget the weekly events: trivia nights, live music, local markets—it’s always buzzing with something new.

The staff knows their stuff and they’re always happy to recommend something based on your taste. Plus, if you’re into supporting local businesses with heart, this one’s a solid pick.
So yeah, Fortnight Brewing might just be your next go-to hangout if you’re in or around Cary. Great beer, good food, and a space that feels like your kind of place? That’s the vibe.

Such a fun brewery. One area is set up like a pub. The other is like a brewery. Service was great. Asked for recommendations and was given great selections. As we were leaving a bbq food truck pulled up. Wish we could've stayed longer so try it out.
Such a fun and huge space! There's plenty of parking available and a freesbie golf section with a woodsie vibe next to the parking lot. The interior is nice and spacious with plenty park-bench tables, tv's, games, arcade machines and even non-alcoholic slushies! The exterior patio seating is just as spacious and very nicely put together with shade for a chill summer vibe. The staff is amazingly patient and friendly. The place is kid and pet friendly. And beer selection was great! Unfortunately for me, I was visiting from out of town and couldn't take any beer to go but left with some very cool merch. Looking forward to visiting when I'm in town again!
Great brewery! We really could have hung out here all day. Great ambiance and vibes. We had two dogs with us that really enjoyed the outside area. It is all under cover, turf flooring (which is great for my dogs to lay down and relax), and they had a food truck and disc golf course! The beertenders were really nice and accommodating! We visited in mid August and they just released their octoberfest and amber beers, which is my husbands favorite kind, so we had to buy a few cans of it! They were so good! I also to note... they had a lovely bathroom. Very clean and stocked well! Overall, great experience, will definitely return!
I really enjoyed my recent visit to this solid brewery near downtown Cary, which served up tasty brews in a fun setting with tons of seating inside and out. Hopheads will enjoy their signature Blank Coast IPA and the flavorful Go West Imperial IPA, and there were also ales, ambers and a barrel-aged vintage on tap when I visited. And if you're not into beer, Fortnight also has an excellent selection of wines, whiskeys and seltzers available. Service was great throughout my visit, and the setting was perfect for everyone from a solo visitor to a family with kids. Parking looks like it could get challenging at peak hours, so be prepared to use the overflow lot across Chatham St. Definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in the Triangle.
UPDATE: I had a chance to go by Fortnight Brewing again recently after almost a decade which I am noticing from my previous review. I enjoyed this visit more than the first it appears. First off, they have additional parking available which was sorely needed. They've revamped the tap room/bar area, very open and more inviting than I remember it. Plenty of tables and sitting areas, more TVs, and the whole atmosphere is a positive vibe. Not only did they have a full bar but also a whole refrigerated unit dedicated to non-alcoholic beers and they has plenty of choices in there. This time, I went with the Blue Moon non-alcoholic (NA) Belgian White selection. The bartender (helpful and nice) offered a pint glass to pour my choice in, and I really enjoyed this NA beer beverage a lot. With the open layout and plenty of tables, our group had a great time catching up and enjoying some pre-dinner beverages. They definitely earned another star from me this visit.
